TOP 5

Here are the 5 must-know tenders right now.

1. Bergen 🇳🇴 🟢

Bergen announced the renewal of their scooter tender. Applications are open until 3rd January. 3 permits are available for an April 2024 launch. All documentation is available here. Bolt, Ryde & Voi are the current operators.

The brown line (Indre sentrumssone) has a limit of 900 vehicles (split equally between the operators), while the blue line (Bygatesone) has a limit of 1500

2. Amsterdam 🇳🇱 ⌛️

Amsterdam just closed their tender for shared mopeds. Fleet sizes will be slightly increasing for the two operators chosen. The contract is for 4 years (2+1+1). Felyx and Check are the current operators. Results will be announced in 2024.

3. Rome 🇮🇹

After the scooter tender won by Bird, Dott & Lime, the latter two have won the dockless bike tender on a three-year contract. They will each operate a maximum of 2,500 bikes.

4. Brussels 🇧🇪 ⌛️

The one everyone’s talking about. The Brussels tender for bikes, scooters, mopeds and cargo bikes has closed. Results are set to be announced before the end of 2023. Scooters will be cut from 20,000 to 8,000 (9 operators to 2), leaving more space for bikes and mopeds.

5. Namur 🇧🇪

Namur have cut three scooter operators down to just one after their most recent tender. Bolt will now be the only service running. Sources tell us that the city was asking for a significant revenue share, one that not many operators were prepared to accept…
