📢 The Monthly Tender Roundup
Who will conquer Rome?, London trusts its shared scooter operators ...
Over the last 6 weeks, we brought you 21 tenders from across Europe.

🎯 TOP 5
5. Geneva 🇨🇠🟢
Donkey Republic is pulling out of Geneva: its seven-year concession for the VéloPartage network won't be extended, so the service ends in May 2027. The canton has published a new tender for a 2-year contract, for 2,700 bikes, with plans to grow the fleet and possibly expand toward Nyon and France.
4. Lyon 🇫🇷 🟢
With Dott's contract ending on 28 February 2027, the city has launched a new call for projects, this time for a single operator (down from two) allowed up to 3,500 scooters. The existing rules carry over: 20 km/h max, 6 km/h in pedestrian zones, mandatory parking in dedicated bays. The stakes are high, with 4.5 million trips by 230,000 users in 2025.
