End of the road for Superpedestrian?

The company will close down US operations on 31st December and will explore a sale of the European business. A quick acquisition by another operator does seem unlikely, given the market’s commitment to profitability.

🇮🇹 Milan’s new mobility market make-up

The results for the Milan tender are out. 7 scooter operators will be cut to 3: Bolt, Dott and Voi. Each will operate 2,000 scooters, whilst Bolt and Dott will also operate 2,000 dockless bikes and 15 cargo bikes.

Those that were unsuccessful with the scooter tender (Lime, RideMovi & TIER (Vento Mobility) will still have the opportunity to operate dockless bikes, after winning new licences. There will be a total of 10,000 dockless bikes in Milan.
