🤞 Cityscoot's last chance
Having filed for insolvency in November 2023, Cityscoot still awaits a take-over decision.
Last week, the Commercial Court of Paris declared the bid from Bertrand Fleurose - former Cityscoot CEO - unacceptable due to lack of funding.
It means that Cityscoot’s last chance is now in Cooltra’s hands, with a final offer of €400,000. The Spanish operator would keep 30 of the 150 employees, using Cityscoot’s brand to expand in France.
The decision from the court should be published within two weeks.
