5. Leeds 🇬🇧 ðŸŸ
Leeds has applied to run a new e-scooter trial. If a trial is approved by the government, it would use its current bike-sharing operator, Beryl, to run the scheme if it gets the go-ahead from the Department for Transport (DfT). The trial would run until 31st May 2028.
4. Brighton 🇬🇧 ðŸŸ
Similar to Leeds, Brighton is eyeing up a trial of 300 scooters, beginning in 2026. The scooters would be located at 30 bike share hubs, where the scheme is also run by Beryl.
