💚 29% of people feel happier & more relaxed when using shared mobility

TIER-Dott asked 8,000+ users about their usage of shared mobility in 2024, and compiled the results in this new report. The results emphasise the importance of shared mobility services in helping people get around the city, and the complementarity with public transport. Below are some of the key findings:

  • 36% of riders use TIER-Dott to reach places not served by public transport.

  • 74% of riders choose TIER-Dott to save time, 41% to make their trips easier.

  • 29% of riders choose TIER-Dott over other modes because they feel happier and more relaxed while travelling

  • Added an estimated 6.5 million additional public transport trips in 2024, through added first/last mile accessibility.

  • In total, an estimated 40.5 million kilometers of car travel were replaced in 2024, equating to over €17 million in societal cost savings.
